ThetaHealing® is a gentle yet profound energy modality that works through the theta brainwave state—a realm of pure potential where belief, emotion, and creation meet. It's in the theta state, were old stories can dissolve allowing a new lens on reality. Guiding energy and awareness into alignment with one’s true design, helping you to embody more of who you truly are.
I was introduced to Thetahealing end of 2021, and witnessed within myself profound shifts. Over the years, I have began to become the witness of my subconscious mind often in real time helping me to shift uncomfortable energy quite quickly. The thing I really loved about this modality is it is empowering, in that YOU are witnessing your thoughts, emotions and your intuition, allowing profound insight into the patterns and loops. Of course, every healing art has its perfect place helping you through your lifes journey, but I do love how this is actively involving you in your own healing. I am just the guide and witness to your healing. The real magic happens when you are confronted with something shortly after that may have triggered you, but now it doesn’t have the same effect. You are able to actively witness your progression. After a few years of being the “student” of this meditative process, I got certified in 2024 to help others on their journey.
